You should have made the change when you still had access to that old primary email address.
Unfortunately, if you can't access the primary email address, your only option is to create a new Firefox Account with an email address you can confirm.
You can add a secondary email address and confirm this email address. Once this email address has been confirmed, you can make the secondary email address your primary email address.
