steam videos open on firefox but wont load.
I know you cant help with part of it. When i launch a video i have bought on steam it now opens it on my default browser which is firefox, but it tells me its not up to date so i cant watch anything. at this point its forcing me to go back to chrome since it works.

See if your browser is up to date if not update and see if it works
My browser is up to date i checked before i asked the question sadly
Click the menu button. to open the menu panel. Click History and select Clear Recent History. In the Time Range to clear: drop-down, select Everything. Below the drop-down menu, select both Cookies and Cache. Make sure other items you want to keep are not selected. Click OK.
