Hi. I use reader view a lot for both English and Turkish articles. I recently realized the headphone icon is gone for Turkish pages.

Are you sure? It's definitely a Firefox feature: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/firefox-reader-view-clutter-free-web-pages and I used to use it for Turkish pages too. It's just gone recently. I also have Turkish Text to Speech installed for windows. It's not about that either.
