Hello. As the title says, Firefox fetches my Windows sounds for its UI. I want to know if there's a way I can disable them for Firefox because they are really loud here and, even if they weren't, I wouldn't want them in the browser.

The problem isn't audio management, it's that Firefox uses the settings used in Windows Sounds aka which sounds play and for what function.

If I lower the volume to 0 on "System Sounds", they'll still play on Firefox. If I reduce Firefox's volume, then I would barely hear videos or anything with audio, which doesn't even make sense as to why one would do that.

I did modify the files to be more quiet and they are not loud now but the problem isn't the volume. I talk specifically about the "Menu Command" and "Menu Pop-Up" sounds which on Windows, trigger on a Right-Click but on Firefox they are always playing for every menu, right-click and a few prompts.

I just want to get rid of these sounds for Firefox because it's pointless and annoying for a browser to have.

It's not website related. As I said, the whole Firefox UI. The interface uses the sound.
