Screenshots do not work in already opened windows on the page.
For example: instead of screenshotting another window(first picture) on the page, Firefox screenshots page behind this window(second picture).

So the image element you want to screenshot is a pop-up window to show a larger view that is opened via JavaScript ?
Does Firefox auto-select this element if you click the "Take a screenshot" toolbar button and hover this pop-up ?
Can you post a link to a publicly accessible page (i.e. no authentication or signing on required), so we can check this ?

Sure, https://alternativeto.net/software/youtube/ , click on image(first pinned image) and then try to screenshot same image(second image)
