Firefox crashes everytime when file dialog is open

Everytime i want to save or open a file firefox crashes without a report. Same in safe mode. uninstalling firefox didn't help.

It's the same. But I could figure out that the behaviour is caused by our Solidworks PDM System. In compatibility mode for win 7 it works.

Start your Computer in safe mode with network support. Then start Firefox. Try Secure websites. Is the problem still there?
