Private windows works just fine but, Normal window takes 5 min to load a page. This is not my internet because ive tried using defernt browsers
Form the release of Firefox Quantum 61.0.2 firefox has taken a large amount of time to load a page. but the same page can be loaded in private browsing in a second and can also be loaded in other browsers in the same amount of time as well.

In Private Browsing mode the disk cache isn't used and also a separate cookie jar is used. Also Tracking Protection is enabled by default.

Clear the Cache and remove the Cookies from websites that cause problems via the "3-bar" Firefox menu button (Options/Preferences).
