HI, very confusing description. Back in time ? update , 2nd backup ?

Since Firefox will not start please get a copy of your Profile :

Considering your Video Card last updated drivers are from 2011 and the Intel HD Graphics Family (generic) would I be wrong to surmise that the system is well over 5yrs, you have very little ram and the motherboard has never had any Bios updates or Driver updates ?

If so and considering all the errors that are showing in your Video Card Drivers : featureLog: {u'fallbacks': [{u'message': u'Unsupported by driver', u'name': u'NO_CONSTANT_BUFFER_OFFSETTING'}], plus more .... You should possibly uninstall and reinstall your drivers. Please download this from Intel and run it to identify your drivers needed

I would suggest that Firefox 57+ is too much of a browser for your system and that you should switch to the Extended Release Version 52.7.3ESR It will continue to get security updates until June 2018, and you can download and install it from this page:

Note : Legacy Extensions will be deleted or removed in any version update after June 2018. Firefox 52.9.0esr out on June 26 (same time as 60.1.0esr) will be the last major update for Firefox 52 ESR apart from any 52.9.x esr updates for security or allowed stability fixes.

Below will be Quantum based. Firefox 60.2.0esr will be out Aug 21 and Firefox 52 ESR will be EOL then. So people will have to upgrade to 60.2.0esr to keep getting security updates if they have not manually upgraded to 60.x.o ESR already. Firefox 60 ESR will require Windows 7, 8, 10.

Uninstall 58.0.2 (current version of Firefox Release version is 59.0.2) before installing the ESR

If still wishing to stay with Quantum then : uninstall Firefox. Then Delete the Mozilla Firefox Folders in C:\Program Files , C:\Program Files(x86) & C:\ProgramData Then restart system. Then run Windows Disk Cleanup. (Note: This should be Pinned and run Weekly) Then run it again and click the button that says Cleanup System Files. Note: your Firefox Profile is saved. But you should make a back up before you do : Reinstall with Current Release Firefox 59.0.2 with a Full Version Installer

To do : (Defrag monthly)

fyi for the future always backup :

Please let us know if this solved your issue or if need further assistance.
