When i upgrade from v57 to v58 all my login and password have disappeared. If i downgrade they are all there again. I have tried a few thing to get them to work on v58 but nothing works. I have to downgrade to v57 for all my detail again. then when i close the browser and open again it upgrades.
If you could help me fix this issue please. The only option i think left it to install another browser and transfer everything over as this is far to complicated to fix.

Try to delete key4.db in the profile folder with Firefox closed to see if that has effect.
You can use the button on the "Help -> Troubleshooting Information" (about:support) page to go to the current Firefox profile folder or use the about:profiles page.

Note that Firefox 57 uses logins.json and key3.db and Firefox 58+ uses key4.db (SQLite).
How do i get to the key4.db i am using windows 10.
Please give a bit more detail where this file is?
I found out how to get my profile "%APPDATA%\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles"
I have deleted the key4.db and still the same. No login detail or passwords moved over to v58.
what bit version was your previous FF compared to the new FF version?
