The crash report is several pages of data. We need the report numbers to see the whole report.

  1. Enter about:crashes in the Firefox address bar and press Enter. A Submitted Crash Reports list will appear, similar to the one shown below.
  2. Copy the 5 most recent Report IDs that start with bp- and then go back to your forum question and paste those IDs into the "Post a Reply" box.

Note: If a recent Report ID does not start with bp- click on it to submit the report.

You are getting the EXCEPTION_BREAKPOINT crash and there are listings that show it is your video card causing the instance.

Since did not have send info to Mozilla turned on I have no idea what and year drivers where update. I would have found them for you.

If do not know what video card you are using GPU-Z will identify it. https://www.techpowerup.com/gpuz/ Once have make and model you can Google for Drivers. Only get Drivers from the maker of the card.

They're update. Same trouble. I see a lot of users having same issue. Need to send out a updated and repaired version.
