I don't understand how to fix this error message " Context3D not available! Possible reasons: wrong wmode or missing device support."

I am no way a technical person. I mainly use my computer for research of simple things, play some games and e-mails. so I don't understand what web pages are saying on how to fix my issue. I would hate to have to find and learn a new browser so I can do simple things. I am too old to have to learn a new system lol. Please be specific on what I need to download to fix this. I am using windows 10 on a toshiba satellite with an AMD A8 possessor if that matters. Thanks in advance for your help.

Hi   !

The Flash Stage3D feature that provides CONTEXT3D doesn't work with the Shockwave Flash plugin used in 64 bit Firefox version. You will have to use the 32 bit Firefox version if you need to use Flash stage3d features until 'wmode' support in the 64 bit version is fixed.

https://www.fxsitecompat.com/en-CA/docs/2016/flash-is-forced-windowless-mode-on-firefox-for-64-bit-windows-affecting-stage-3d/

If necessary, you can download the 32-bit version from here :

Since the OP appears to use a Firefox 52 (ESR?) version then look at this page: Firefox 52.3.0 ESR:
