My old password won't let me sign in.
I have tried to change my password (the existing one won't let me in) and the program says it is going to send me a temp password, but it never shows up in my email account. Mary Engle, xxxxxxxxx@xxx.xxx

What account are you talking about?
Never post any personal information because an adware robot could find it, and start sending you all kinds of spam. This includes e-mail, phone, and home information.
Please remove that information from your post.
