This does not sound like an issue with Firefox, but something that is probably better directed at a dedicated Microsoft Windows support forum.

I do notice that you are using an older version of Firefox. I strongly recommend that you update o make sure you have the latest security and stability fixes, as well as new features. You can read more about how to update here.
