How can I access Firefox 10.0 Help menu when I am off-line?

How can I access Firefox 10.0 Help menu without being connected to the Internet? Is it possible to download the Help menu to my computer?

Firefox hasn't had off-line 'Help' or a built-in "user manual" since 2007 or 2008 - everything has been on the web since then.
