Please help; I have reloaded Firefox and tried several other attempts to solve. I can send a gmail email no problem but when I try to add a .docx file Firefox crashes. I can send the file on MS Explorer no problem and can open any .docx file to edit no problem I have tried up loading Firefox version 39.?? from Cnet and tried several variations of trouble shooting and safe modes but no results. I could go to MS Explorer or Opera or ?? but the others are not Firefox. Need I say more?

Some of your crash reports weren’t sent to the Mozilla Servers.

In the address bar, type about:crashes<enter>. Note: If any reports do not have BP in front of the numbers/letters, click it and select Submit.

Using your mouse, mark the most resent 7 - 10 crash reports, and copy them. Now go to the reply box below and paste them in.
