I'm afraid I picked up malware despite Sophos due to this message upon routine searches, e.g. "Where's the nearest pet store". About this page Our systems have detected unusual traffic from your computer network. This page checks to see if it's really you sending the requests, and not a robot. Why did this happen? It's preceded by the reCaptcha request to check the box stating I'm not a robot.

I'm experiencing problems across numerous sites using the above version of Firefox, detailed below. Other browsers are OK, as are other versions of Firefox on different devices.

Outlook365 email - "Your message can't be displayed right now" Fantasy Premier League - unable to log in, hitting 'Log in' doesn't respond Faceboook - content does not load Ebay - html on formatting in listings is screwed up Duckduckgo non-functional - returns the message "Ugh, it happened again! The server encountered an error and could not complete your request." The Guardian - images do not load Nextdoor - messages do not load

When I try to access a function of my banks website I get the message: Authorization has been denied for this request

Late last year this occurred when using FireFox but not Chome or Edge. I have contacted my bank and was told I need to add an exception to the Manage Exceptions list. I did that and I was able to access that function of the site. Now the error is occurring again. This time I figured out what the URL was that needed be added. All other functions of the site work fine without these exceptions.

My question is: what are the security ramifications of this and what do I tell my bank so they fix this? Does this make their site less or more secure? Is it necessary to fix this?

Windows 11; FF 146.0.1. All updates installed.

I can open my email logins in Chrome and Safari, but not in Firefox. In Firefox I can open all my previous Bookmarks, but not Outlook. Any advice gratefully received, thank you

For some strange reason, I get this response when logging in to local newspaper on Firefox..image one. When loading the same newspaper on Edge, I see this instead...image two. I've been in contact with the newspaper but the techs there can't figure what's happening. Is there a setting I have wrong on Firefox? Thanks for your time.

I have spent hours with Tech department and digital assistand department at Directv. Today they are telling me as long as I use Firefox I will be unable to access my account. I have paid to have my computer checked out and was told that it was updated and the system was working fine. How to I get Directv to recognize my system?

Can someone help please: - I've been trying to buy some tickets for an event in France. When I access the following from Firefox (140.6.0esr (64-bit)) on Debian GNU/Linux 13 (trixie)) the ticketing purchase options don't show. When I try to log in to my account with Amazon Prime, Firefox freezes as soon as I hit the Continue button after entering the username and password. I can't open or close tabs or do anything. I don't have this problem with the Amazon account in any other browser.

Any ideas why this happens and how to fix it?

Amazon - keeps loading and loading without ever finishing, only displaying half the page. YouTube Videos need to preload to avoid buffering. Certain websites can not be reached at all, failing with error message "Looks like your network is blocking this page" or similar. Etsy is not loading at all, just a blank page.

All these pages work fine in other browsers, so I don't think it's my network. I was not able to identify a specific error across all pages via Console. I have tried a few recommended troubleshooting tips, but no change so far. This has been going on for a while, long enough for me to reinstall Firefox - also no change. I'm on version 146.0.1

What is going on?

I typically use FF to log into social security accounts. I have not been able to use FF for a couple of months to log in to ONLY THAT SITE. I can on CHROME.

I run a mac mini with OS X Catalina. I keep to that operating system as a number of my work apps work better. I am on the latest version of Firefox (64 bit) 144.0

In the last couple of years I have found webforms on Firefox seem to omit links or progress buttons like CONTINUE. When I check with the issuer or my colleagues I find they all use CHROME.

I have wasted a great deal of time on what I would have thought is a Minimum requirement issue.

Please give me one reason why I should stay with Firefox and not change to Chrome

There is supposed to be Windows 11 on this computer, but something is saying Windows 10 didn't support something the end of Oct. I was on the site I'm trying to reach yesterday and there was no problem.

Problem started with Firefox 146.0.1 Windows 11

1. Open outlook.com in FF browser (https://outlook.live.com/mail/0/). 2. Open any email. 3. No side scrollbar appears so you can't page down within email. Note: the Outlook folder scrollbar does appear and does work. 4. The within-email-item side scroll bar does appear from outlook.com opened in Edge browser. So this is a Firefox bug.

Have tried: a. Windows settings->Accessibility->Visual effects->Always show scrollbars = on b. Turned Adblock on and off for outlook.com c. Firefox settings autoscrolling, smooth scrolling tried all combinations.

Any fixes?

My firefox is on the latest version and up-to-date but will not access my home router which l normally us ip address. When trying to acess in edge works with no issues I am using windows 11 and all ok but wish to use Firefox And the IP adress is corect Can you advise
