I already changed the password but I’d be glad to know if there is anything I could do or anything you could tell me about the person who entered my Firefox, the person is apparently from Russia, I’ll attach the image below.

I really appreciate Firefox's built in translator; it is extremely helpful. However there is one thing that bugs me, when translating a page that has multiple language options. For example, when translating a page from German to English, the word "Deutsch" (often listed in the website's built in language settings) is translated not to "German", but to "English". While technically correct in that the page is now displaying English thanks to the Firefox translation, it would probably be better to show "German" so that it is easier to switch the website language and not have a duplicate "English" option in the website's dropdown menu. I have noticed this on multiple websites, specifically with German, but it might be with other languages as well. Hopefully this explanation of the issue makes sense, and see my attached screenshot which shows this issue. Please let me know if there is somewhere else I should submit this too.

Until some days ago I could use the add on "Video Downloadhelper" without problems on my old Macbook Air (2017) with OS10.15.7 but suddenly the add on was not available anymore. I purchased a valid license for this add on. In the Firefox adjustments it was mentioned as deactivated. Could you please let me know, how I can activate the Video Downloadhelper again? with this new version i lost everything i need to get back to an older version and get all my extentions my bookmarks back all my s desktop items that i had linked to firefox are gone i can no longer get face book or anything back to firefox book marks every thing i had with firefox

Starting with the most recent Firefox update a new small grey search bar containing the letters ENHAN appears in the upper right portion of my home page. It is intrusive and useless and I DO NOT WANT IT. How can I make it go away? I have Googled this extensively and have not found an answer. Please help. Thank you.

Hello, my password got reset by pour IT department all of my passwords are gone I do have a recovery key but they did not use it how do i get my passwords back where can i add the key code

Browsing this website article I can see that there are embedded Youtube videos in the article but they are not loading, instead I only see blank spaces. I've turned off all extensions, turned off tracking protection, cleared cache and cookies for both the website and Youtube.com, and tried viewing the website in troubleshoot mode.

Still getting this error after page refresh on O'Reilley Auto Parts and a few other sites when searching. (I don't get this error when on O'Reilley com home page, but ONLY when searching for a part on O'Reilley and ONLY with Firefox on my desktop. This started just a few months ago. All ad blocks and U Block Origin are disabled). I don't get this error with Google Chrome on this Windows 7 PC or on my Android phone. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

My laser printer will not print due to low toner. However, when I click on "more information" to find out the toner level, that site is shown as unsecure and cannot be accessed.

Cannot connect to BBC Sounds web page (https://www.bbc.co.uk/sounds). Get the following error message: "The page isn’t redirecting properly Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete. This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies."

Have tried with and without a VPN, have cleared the cache, and shutdown/restarted Firefox, but no luck.

Connects without issue when using alternative browsers.

• Browser: Firefox 148.0.2
• Camera: Logitech C925e

When I go to a meeting on meet.google.com, Google Meet says "Camera is starting". My camera light flashes and then stays on. However, Google Meet is unable to connect to the camera.

Upon closing the tab, the camera light stays on and the camera is unresponsive to all apps. The camera must be unplugged and plugged back in to work again.

The issue does not exist when I go to webcammictest.com in Firefox or in other desktop apps. The camera works correctly on meet.google.com when I use Chrome.

I have tried removing camera and microphone permissions to meet.google.com and re-granting them. I have tried deleting all meet.google.com cookies and storage.

The image search icon and text clear cross do not work in Firefox on particular account on the All tab. It was checked on different devices. If use a different Google account, everything works fine. The problem is only with this specific account. What should i do?

Although the option to "Delete cookies and site data when Firefox is closed" is unchecked in my settings, I am still getting logged out of all websites when Firefox restarts. This was never the case when I used Safari, and it's quite inconvenient to have to log in to so many websites all over again, especially when two factor authentication is required for many of them.

Is there anything that might be causing this, anything I can check or do on my end so that I am staying logged in on restart? Thank you.
