I have three Windows 10 computers, and now none of them will play videos in Facebook. When I pass the mouse cursor over them, they go black, and when I click, the "working on it" icon keeps spinning and never stops. Everywhere else, e.g., Youtube, they play with no problem, but not in Facebook. A hard refresh worked, and then it didn't. BTW: The videos play without a problem in Chrome.

after updating to the latest version FF kills my net connection after loading. edge and all of my other apps are working fine. i am typing this on edge.

i have a lot of FF tabs but that has never been a problem in the past.

Why when I use my Windows 11 system and try to access Yahoo Mail does it take a long time if it connects at all. When I use my Windows 10 system I have no problem getting to Yahoo mail?

I've been unable to open any .json files in Firefox since Monday. Today the Home icon disappeared from my Windows 11 version of 140.0. Is this due to your phased rollout of the tab tray experience? When can I expect to have my functionality restored? Losing my bookmarks is a great inconvenience.

Firefox will open 2 instances when my computer restarts sometimes, 1 instant with the tabs that were current when the laptop restarted, and 1 instance which is a very old instance that is referencing something somewhere.

My question - how do I remove that old instance? I just bought a new WIN11 laptop and it's now happening on that laptop as well.

Every day when I try to open a new tab in Firefox, whether by link or directly, I get the error message "Gah, Your tab just crashed." I have used Firefox as my primary browser for 10 years. If I reboot the computer this solves the problem, but I am not going to do this every day. All the other browsers work. This just started five days ago and I made no changes to Firefox. Help!

I am having a problem staying signed into youtube. While logged into my premium account I click a video and I'm suddenly logged off and back to standard subscription with ads. Chrome is not doing this. This has just started two days ago. Please advise... thank you

In the DevToolbox, the “Copy all as HAR” and “Create file...” functions are not working. It seems that in both cases, only empty space is placed in the clipboard and in the file (this has been happening since the last update).

I have clear search history when browser is closed checked, and it still has a months worth of history and I have closed and reopened the browser countless times, why doesn't the history clear?

Ok so I never made a proper backup with Mozilla/Firefox I just dumped the whole Appdata folder on a HDD as I wasnt fully sure what I needed before a reinstall

Now after my reinstall (Still got old windows working on another HDD) I put back the appdata but I cant get my passwords or bookmarks to appear again. Did I mess up?
