Hi All, urgently I need your attention to this matter. I’m the owner of a website. I’ve been facing a strange issue that only happens in Firefox with my site https://fbox.click/.

The site uses WebAssembly modules for video playback and some dynamic features. On Firefox, after a few minutes of browsing or watching, the page starts lagging badly, and sometimes the tab crashes or freezes. This doesn’t happen on Chrome or Edge at all.

I reached out to my hosting provider to check if there’s any server-side issue, but they confirmed everything is fine, no resource limits, no errors in logs, and no unusual traffic spikes. I also checked my code and there’s no infinite loop or heavy script running.

It looks like Firefox is not handling the WebAssembly memory properly. Maybe it’s not releasing memory or something is leaking during playback. I even tried disabling extensions and running in private mode, but the issue still happens randomly.

Is this a known bug or something I can fix from my side? I’d really appreciate any help or guidance.

Thanks.

I'm unable to login to account.apple.com on my laptop which is running Ubuntu 24.04.3 LTS.

I've launched Firefox using the `-p` option, created a new profile and then navigated to https://account.apple.com/sign-in and tried to login. I've attached a screenshot of the error message.

I had tried multiple things on my default profile, even troubleshoot mode, but I couldn't get it. I even tried useragent switcher to no avail.

I can login to the site using Chromium.

What else can I try?

Hi Mozilla community,

I’ve run into an issue that’s getting a bit frustrating, and I’m hoping someone here might be able to help. Whenever I use AI chatbots (like ChatGPT or similar) and then close my browser, I find that I have to log in all over again the next time I open it. This happens every single time I restart the browser, and it's starting to disrupt my workflow. I’ve already checked my Firefox settings — things like cookie behavior and privacy options — but I still can’t seem to get the sessions to persist. I’m not using private browsing, and I haven’t set it to clear history or cookies on exit (at least as far as I can tell). Could this be related to a specific setting I’ve missed, or is it just how Firefox handles session data for these kinds of sites? Any tips or guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Hello. Yesterday when I started my PC, the Firefox browser wouldn't restore my previous session. This has of course happened before, so I restarted, but that didn't help. So then I have to restore all the pages myself, boring. BUT, when firefox doesn't remember any of my usual pages, I'm starting to worry. Then I think I want to update Firefox, and that's when I discover my main problem.....I can't access the menu in the three symbols at the top right (shown in the picture/attachment). I can't open my profile, can't open extensions, can't download anything or open the downloads icon, and most importantly, CAN NOT open the "Open application menu" (the icon with three horizontal lines), so THEN I have a big problem. The menu bar and everything there is available, but without access to "Open application menu" I can't reinstall Firefox. I can't save bookmarks either, or see if the bookmarks are in a backup or something. So, I don't dare delete firefox, then reinstall it, without knowing if I'll find my bookmarks again. I've tried saving them to a file, but I've never heard of a JSON file, and I don't know how to process it. I should also add that I deleted all my AVAST anti virus programs and files two days ago. And I have found out that I do have the latest firefox update. Hope someone can help me or give me some tips. I'm not particularly computer savvy either, just so you know. And I'm norwegian :) Thanx, Bendik.

Greetings, On cargurus website for example there are many filters which contain multiple checkboxes each. If I scroll down to a section and select a checkbox, the results refresh and takes me back to the top of the page. The problem is that sometimes I want to select more than one checkbox in a filter or choose checkboxes in the next filter to select a checkbox. When I search for cars I may end up selecting more than 10 filter checkboxes to get the results I want. If I have to scroll back down to where I left off each time, it takes a lot of time to run a query. This jumping to the top does not happen using Chrome, so there must be something in firefox that can be adjusted but I cannot find it. I only used Cargurus as an example, but it happens on all sites with checkboxes. Keep in mind I am not a programmer so I don't know how to add code to websites or firefox settings. Thank you, Mark Sufka

As the title says. I get this prompt on videos from different, yet particular websites and sources. And they fail to load. It's also happened where some video's work and some don't, side-by-side on the same website and session.

  • I've tried clearing all of my cached data, my browser history, cookies, site-data, settings, and fill-out information. No avail.
  • I've tried disabling all of my extensions and add-ons.
  • I've even tried using google instead, but I just get constant loading on those particular video's with no thumbnail (As depicted in second picture).
  • I've checked my video drivers for updates.
  • I've tried reinstalling Adobe Flash Player, even though it says it's no longer supported.

Since it also might be happening in another browser. I understand how this might not be Firefox's fault. But I'm hoping you'll be able to help me still.
