I have attempted several times to log into my account under another name and e-mail address. Even after resetting the password there are messages about there is already an account with that name and e-mail address or type in the correct name an password using appropriate case. I have questions concerning files for exempted sites--I've exempted certain sites (allow or block) but they don't show up in the list. Can't ask those questions without an account but your system continues to block my access.
