Folder VIew in R143.0 Truncated and Unable to Access Saved Messages!

Re: update R143.0, not only have I appear to lost my folders from letter 'P' onwards, but the sub-foldres in my only 'P' folder visible have all be truncated bar one folder!

I have also created a 'Test' folder and am now unable to delete this folder once created!

In all the years of using Thunderbird, this is the first time I have ever expericed issues with an update. Please can somebody help?
