Return to the last-used bookmark folder when I tap Bookmarks

I have bookmarks in Firefox (Android) nested several layers deep. Every time I tap the Bookmarks menu item, I am sent to the top level Bookmarks folder, where I then have to tap through several layers of folders to return to the place I was just at. It is maddening.

Is there an option to return to the last Bookmarks folder I viewed? This seems like a basic usability feature. (It's certainly a feature in Brave for Android.)
