Sign up for a Transifex account and visit the Webmaker project here: https://www.transifex.com/projects/p/webmaker/

Click on the language that you want to localize and click the {button Join Team} button
If your language is not listed, click the {button Request language} button.

Select the project you want to translate and hit the {button Translate now} button.
Your translations will be managed and deployed to webmaker.org from there.
