move tool from aplcation menue
is there anyway to move things from the more tools section of the three lines/application menu to the tool bar, or to quickly access the more tools section. i use the eye dropper all the time and it feels like there's a faster way to do it i cant seem to find.

The fastest way is to add the Developer button to the Navigation Toolbar.
