direct feed movies frames drop out

for some reason movies that i watch on Firefox don't run smooth, every second or so there is a light pause , frames are droped out and then the movie continue. u don't notice it right away, at first every thing seems good, but after awhile it geting worse until the eyes and head hurt.

this does NOT happen on google Chrome or IE . 

i had this problem on earler version of ff as-well ,since v6

please advice.

Hi,

Please check if this happens in Safe Mode after enabling only the Flash Player plugin in Tools (Alt + T) > Add-ons > Plugins (on the left).

i am quite sure its not an extension problem, but i am unable to check in safe mode at the moment, only tomorrow. i hope this post will still be available to address then. thanks

After signing in @ https://support.mozilla.org/, click Support Forum Home on the right and then My Contributions on the left of Subscribe to Feed on top to see the personal page.
