Hello!

I´m using this addon in Firefox:

https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/double-click-image-download/?utm_source=addons.mozilla.org&utm_medium=referral&utm_content=search

But when I double click to download a picture, it gets no extension, it is a blank file. To watch the picture, I have to manually change to .jpg

I contacted the addons support and they told me the issue is in Firefox webbrowser and not in the addon.

How do I solve this ?

Cheers //Andreas

Addon support is provided by the Addon Developer. If there is issue you need to contact the Addon Developer here. How did they verify this issue?

When I want to save a picture, this is what I get. see screenshot If the add-on that was not developed by Mozilla is not working, how is that a browser issue?

From the add-on page it says... About this extension - This add-on won't be maintained further. It was last updated 2yrs ago.

Try running Firefox in Safe Mode and download an image the normal way. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/diagnose-firefox-issues-using-troubleshoot-mode#search104
