We updated the password method to OAuth2 prior to the Outlook October 2022 update (to not support open passwords for POP3). This has worked up to about 2 days ago. Now there is no response to get messages request, the status bar says 'host contacted, sending login information' . There is a progress bar at the right hand end. looks complete (dark blue).

we use Thunderbird (102.6.1) to get mail from outlook.office365.com (on Windows 7, service pack 1) We updated the password method to OAuth2 prior to the Outlook October 2022 update (to not support open passwords for POP3). There is a progress bar at the right hand end. looks complete (dark blue). Sending out messages still works. Retrieving from other mail servers also works (Gmail, BTinternet.com, Tiscali) . we use two machines (His & Hers!), Hers- last msg recd 27/Dec at 14:11 His- last msg recd 29/Dec at 18:54 I have saved profile, and removed and reinstalled thunderbird on Hers machine, no change in response.
