I just migrated from windows to Linux. However, even after signing in I don't see my bookmarks as well as saved accounts.

What's the issue?

Could you install the following extension that lists out the data in your Firefox Account. It has a pretty ugly interface, but as far as I know, it's the only way to see what is in there.

https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/about-sync/

After it is installed, you can type or paste about:sync in the address bar and press Enter/Return to load the list.

Also, what is the status of your Windows system? Do you still have access to that disk in case you need to recover files?

I don't see any of my old bookmarks as well as saved passwords.

Also I no longer have access to windows devide.

This is not the first time I migrated to new device. Where is my data now?

I don't know why that data would be missing if your other data is there. It sounds like your Firefox Account/Sync is a dead end. Do you have any backups?

No, sync always worked as expected. It never came to my mind to back things up.

Okay, I found that my our linux machine still has bookmarks and password. How can I export and then import them?

I suggest making both formats. Try Restore first because it tends to keep things in their place better, and consider Import to be a fallback option.

Backup & Restore: Restore bookmarks from backup or move them to another computer

Export & Import: Export Firefox bookmarks to an HTML file to back up or transfer bookmarks, Import Bookmarks from an HTML file

If either the Restore or Import fails, pause for suggestions on investigating a potential database problem.

I am going to try this but what about saved passwords?

You can copy certain files with Firefox closed to the current profile folder to transfer or recover personal data. Note that best is to avoid copying a full profile folder.
