When using Music Library from my amazon.com account, the web page does not display the index menu on the left side of the screen. It works fine in Microsoft Edge on Windows 10. Can anyone help me with this? I don't want to get rid of Firefox.

All I discovered that the menu for Firefox is at the top of the page where in Edge it is on the left. It was not as intuitive to me at first.

Make sure you are not blocking content.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

Hi Fred Thanks for your reply. I have tried those things and they didn't work. Instead of deleting all cookies and cache I just deleted cookies and cache associated with the amazon websites. I tried safe mode 1st thing and that didn't help either. I am still searching the web and so far no solutions yet. Bob

Websites may change the layout depending on the width of the Firefox window, so you can try full screen mode as a test. Also make sure that you aren't zooming the page. Firefox might zoom its windows when you have a higher DPI setting in Windows.

You may have accidentally zoomed webpage(s). Reset the page zoom on pages that cause problems.
