If it is a Gmail address, messages from the Firefox Account servers probably were rejected in recent hours. Please do not try connecting to your Firefox Account again until you can get into Gmail normally.
Hopefully someone from the Firefox Accounts team will have some news about a general solution to unblock Gmail addresses.
