Cannot sign in to Firefox account when VPN is active
Hi,
I'm not able to to sign in to my Firefox account when my VPN is active. Is there anything I can do about it?
Any help is very much appreciated! Thank you!

Hi thw24, Try to turn off your VPN, sign in and turn it on again. If you have signed into your Firefox account once, you should be able to do it without turning off the VPN afterwards. If this didn't help, please let us know.

I'm using Ipredator (therefore all traffic goes through Sweden).

I am indeed able to sync this way, thank you!
But now I recognized that "Firefox Send" doesn't work either with my VPN, no matter being logged in or out... why is that?! Sorry for changing the subject, but maybe this is somehow connected.

The Firefox Send issue is unrelated. See:
