3 permanent dark pixels in Firefox
There are 3 dark pixels that appear permanently along the bottom of the address toolbar (or bookmarks toolbar if using it). They can be seen in the attached screenshot (look closely above the red arrows). These pixels have existed in the same location for several months, maybe years, despite frequent Firefox updates. I guess they have gone unnoticed by Mozilla community all this time.

Nothing mysterious about those three horizontal dots : that's the "Page actions menu" - just click on it .....

These pixels are really hard to notice and I have no idea what causes them.

The only three "pixels" ( I read "dots") I noticed are the ones leading to the page actions menu - my bad :(
Hmm, I've never seen that. Based on the attached screenshot, it appears to be a bottom margin on a generated element. Nothing exciting there, really.
Sometimes there are "rounding" issues with unusual DPI settings. What is your devicePixelRatio value on the following test page if the page is at the default zoom level:

I've been using Firefox for several years, but only noticed these pixels 1 or 2 years ago. I've noticed them on a different computer as well. Finally created this post yesterday since they never disappeared even after several Firefox updates.
You can try to disable hardware acceleration in Firefox.
- Options/Preferences -> General: Performance
remove checkmark: [ ] "Use recommended performance settings"
remove checkmark: [ ] "Use hardware acceleration when available" - https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/performance-settings
Close and restart Firefox after modifying the setting for changes to take effect.
You can check if there is an update for your graphics display driver and check for hardware acceleration related issues.
Thanks for your reply cor-el, but disabling hardware acceleration didn't help.
