It is more a case of what Trusteer endpoint have done, or not done.

Trusteer endpoint chose to use a method of providing such software that needs updating for every major Firefox release. Thy are well aware of the public release details of Firefox software, and pre release versions of the software are always publicly available.

You need to contact Trusteer. Others will be glad to know if you are able to find and post information from Trusteer as to when & how they will fix their problem.

Sorry you are having problems. Unfortunately problems with third party security software not updating in a timely manner is a common problem. You may by the way be interested in taking note of some of the default Firefox security features It is usually much more important to keep Firefox up to date than to keep Trusteer up to date. Some Trusteer products have rather speculative value, adding little that Firefox does not do by default and tend to cause Firefox to crash or have other problems. FIRST OFF please make sure your Trusteer software is fully updated, and contact Trusteer who will be bound to be aware they are causing problems with Firefox. Please let us know what reply you get or what support article or forum post they refer you to. Trusteeer will going on past experience eventually catch up with Firefox. (If nothing has changed much after the IBM takeover) Please say exactly what Trusteer softwave it is you are using.
  • The full title of the software

Without that information we are rather in the dark as to exactly what issues you face. Obviously it is a proprietry brand name, & I understand the brand name is used on a number of products some of which are free consumer level utilities, but some of which are complex paid for enterprise security suites. For those using outdated, unsafe & unsupported versions of Firefox I usually suggest to mitigate risks it may be worth considering running in VM &/Or having good well rehearsed bare metal recovery procedures. Once Firefox updates, the fixes mad become public and the bad guys may then use the exploits to target those that have not updated:
