I cant type letter "a" in mozilla browser,but it works on everything else.whenever I have to use "a" I need to copy it from somewhere and paste it.

I had a similar issue with another key.. thought it was a bad keyboard but after I found out that it was a program I was running (sorry don't remember what) but it was basically making a key press into a macro / shortcut. What you need to look for is all programs running in normal & safe mode and figure out what could possibly be doing something similar then disable it. -- That's my best guess.

The "Autoruns" software is free and shows you all programs set to startup and lets you disable them / enable them (run the program in Admin mode). I hope this helps and gives you somewhere to start in finding your issue. Good luck!

I typed Autoruns into google and presto.. a bunch of download links, but for anyone else that needs it, here is one of them:

You can find Autoruns on the Microsoft website as part of the Sysinternals utilities.
