I have tried twice to download this product but my computer says it's inaccessable.

I downloaded Firefox onto my Windows Vista and an error message came up saying the programs either didn't load or is inaccessable. So clicking on the icon does nothing....I've even tried going in a number of ways but nothing happens. So I uninstalled the product and re-downloaded it. The same message comes up.
