Hi, some more details: two weeks ago i installed the fennec apk 28.0a1 and everything went fine, i started to love mobile firefox. there were daily updates without problems except for yesterday. after the update, no connection to any website possible. screenshot show firefox in german language but there is not much to see anyway :( i clicked on a bookmark but the address is not showing in the address bar. when i type in a URL manually and tip again on the address bar to edit the address the complete URL will disappear. i have deinstalled fennec and reinstalled the 28.0a1 but same problem ... i am using SONY stock android 4.1.2 on a XPERIA S

Yesterday's (Dec-03) build was bad. It should download the update when Firefox is open and the device is connected to wifi. Then use the notice in the Android status screen to update Firefox.

hm, i dont use twitter..... my biggest problem now is that even if i install the "older" fennec version i can't get any connection. It's like something left behind on the android system after uninstalling which cause the error even with an installed working version. I have reinstalled the 28.0a1 fennec but have no connection, so i did not re-updated it, there is no message about any updates. my beloved nightly is isolated  :(

Firefox Beta works. But i downloaded FF Nightly 29.0a1 and installed again: works fine as well. added a quit-button and adblocker and got the error above again :( delete cache and files, so started from the scratch again and still works fine. won't add anything again....

thanks for your help
