I am having difficulty uploading files even though I make sure they are the required size. I just get the wheel spinning and spinning and nothing ever happens. This happens every time I try to upload

Does that also happen if you try to attach a test image to a reply on this forum?

What kind of files are you trying to upload?
Are that plain text files or other files like PDF?

It happens with both word documents and pdf's but they work if I use Safari
