Sorry but this phone is not compatible due to using a Qualcomm MSM7225 chipset which is ARM 11 processor or rather ARMv6. http://www.gsmarena.com/huawei_u8150_ideos-3513.php

The minimum requirements is Android 2.1+, a ARMv7 type of cpu and at least 512 MB of RAM,

There were test builds for ARMv6 in past but they were larger, slower and were not stable compared to the ARMv7 builds.
