After upgrading to v4 Firefox always start in Safe Mode. How to avoid this?

When I start Firefox, this Safe Mode windows always shows: http://imageshack.us/m/593/9760/firefoxsavemode.jpg There is no option for Normal mode and I can't use Firefox 4 normally.

Any ideas?
