On Chase.com cannot access my credit card data on the MY Accounts page I am able to do so via I/E. Have always used Firefox

I was on the phone today with the computer people from Chase.com. I told them I was always able to access My Account info and Credit Card info using Firefox. Now I can access My Account info but not the Credit Card info. I was asked if I could access this info via I/E and I told them I could. Since they were at a loss to explain this, I was asked to contact Firefox to see if you could shed any light on this. My preference is to us Firefox I find it to be much faster.
