The Location Bar defaults to History & Bookmarks every time I restart FF despite the fact I select 'Nothing' and click ok. How can I correct this?

Yep, I actually removed ALL the contents from the user.js file, saved it, rechecked all my preferences and exited FF. When I started it back up, it was fixed - all settings stuck. I'll remember that trick.
