Hi Rod Dietz,

can you explain what kind of problem you are facing when trying to download? You can download Firefox at http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/ If you have problem downloading to your HP laptop, try downloading to a different PC and you may want to copy it into a flash drive and then try installing in your HP laptop.
