Personally, I have not needed such software in years, but if I was using Windows I would follow the recommendation of a previous contributor to these forums that I respect and use Microsoft Defender and possibly MalwareBytes.

You should do your own research and not be like the billions of test subjects for BIG PHARMA and then make an informed decision. A simple google search of best security software will work.

Is there a reason for the old version of Firefox. Running outdated software would be considered a security risk.
