Hello everyone. I have two major issues with firefox recently.

1. Firefox keeps me outlogged on any account I have including website such as: Microsoft , Youtube, etc.

2. Firefox download rate is only 900b/s but my internet goes all way up to 250'000Kb/s or 250Mb/s. Any advice? Thanks in ahead.

1. for the logging out issue, did you use any cache clearing application or having it run in the background? For example system cleaner, adw, disk cleanup or ccleaner. If you use those services, please turn it off or uncheck remove cache for browsing

2. There might be issue with the file download server that you are downloading from. Check the transfer rate with fast.com or speedtest.net
