Firefox will not load American Express after I put in the password on this PC. I can load thru Edge and thru Safari on my Ipad and Iphone. I tried deleting the icon and reinstalling Firefox but that did not work. Any other suggestions?

Could you describe the sequence of events:

For example -- error message from the site, error message from Firefox, blank page, login page just reloads itself without explanation, etc.?

If you are getting a blank page, please make sure the redirect block is turned off:

(1) In a new tab, type or paste about:config in the address bar and press Enter/Return. Click the button accepting the risk.

(2) In the search box in the page, type or paste access and pause while the list is filtered

(3) If the accessibility.blockautorefresh preference has a value of true, double-click it to restore the default value of false
