How to change firefox narrator voice for TTS?

I'm testing a new html5 app that uses TTS. It works on Chrome, but Firefox's voice is strange and I really need to figure out how to change it.

Firefox reads the text aloud, it just has a strange english/spanish(?) accent, making it hard to understand. How do I change this voice or set it to use my devices default voice instead, or at the very least, change to an american english voice instead of a spanish(?)english voice?

In the confg settings it show voice as { "default": "automatic" } but I can't find a list of voices/options to change this.

The only extension I have is lastpass.

Any ideas?
