Tag editor in 78 does not show if a tag is selected, or which one it is
Going into Tag > Manage tags opens at the Tags sections of Options > general, but even after clicking on a tag name, no tag is shown as selected. Whichever tag, if any, has focus should be clear BEFORE a user hits the Edit button. It is even more dangerous that it is not clearly evident which tag is selected before hitting the Delete button.

A selected tag is highlighted here in 78.2.2/W10 (see picture). Do you see the same thing in safe mode (hold Shift when launching TB)? Themes and colors are a continuing issue with 78.
I am on W10 64, with no addons/extensions and the default colour scheme, but none of my (already coloured) tags have any colour in that dialog (everything is grey). When you first go to Options > General >Tags there is an extremely slight difference in the darkness of the grey, with "New" slightly darker than the "edit" and "delete".
Changing to e.g. the Light theme everything is the same.
So very unsatisfactory.
What is the result in safe mode?
Identical behaviour in safe mode -- tab names in Options > General > Tabs still displayed without any colour, and no highlighting of a selected row in the editor.
