Keeping the same scroll + zoom level when loading a new page

I like to read online comics on my phone sometimes. A lot of the time, the websites I use will have an annoying header that I have to scroll past, or the images will be a bit smaller than I'd like to be comfortably readable. Is there any way I can make it so that upon loading the next page, the scroll position and zoom level was kept consistent, so that I don't have to rescroll and rezoom every time I view the next page?
