Hello.., Enable Dynamic First Party Isolation in Firefox To test the feature, launch Firefox Nightly
1. Click on menu, select Options
2. Privacy & Security > Custom,
3. Select “Cross-site and social media trackers, and isolate remaining cookies”
You need to reload all tabs or you can restart the browser for the same.
reload all tabs and isolating cookies warning
When you select the option, Firefox Nightly shows a warning at the bottom alerting you that “blocking trackers and isolating cookies could impact the functionality of some sites”. I hope this will help you Thank you..
Is this option available on Nightly only or 77 release too?
I don't know whether this feature works in Firefox 77, but you can set network.cookie.cookieBehavior = 5 to select this.
Yep, this option should be in 77 already. 1) https://www.ghacks.net/2020/04/17/mozilla-adds-dynamic-first-party-isolation-option-to-firefox-77/ 2) https://malwaretips.com/threads/mozilla-adds-dynamic-first-party-isolation-option-to-firefox-77.100065/. Maybe Mozilla introduces this option gradually?
Hello,
See Mozilla adds Dynamic First Party Isolation option to Firefox 77
Hope it helps.
Thank You !
Like I wrote above, in Firefox 77 release, you need to set network.cookie.cookieBehavior = 5 directly on the about:config page to engine this feature.
You can open the about:config page via the location/address bar. You can accept the warning and click "I accept the risk!" to continue.
