Can't seem to find a way to file a trouble ticket.

Thunderbird crashes with a drag and drop (crashes on the drag) from the inbox to any other mailbox.

I am on Chromebook (Linux penguin 4.19.66-g6c4f8cbba24e) running Thunderbird 68.2.2 (64 bit). I have updated all my libraries and distributions, there are no dependency problems or anything else that I can find. The crash reporter does not appear, the program is gone, which indicates a memory leak and the kernel is killing it.

This problem has been happening for awhile, I have waited for somebody else to file the trouble ticket.

Hi You have submitted a request for help - so you don't need to ask how to do that. However, your subject/title is not connecting you with the right people. I am not any use as a Linux or Chromebook trouble shooter. I think if you want to connect with someone who can help with this, maybe a more detailed title would help. For example - Thunderbird crashes with drag and drop on Linux Chromebook - that would attract people who know about Linux and Tbird to your support request. Good luck! Agnes
